Define eyes with this classic, matte liner. Mix with water to a creamy, pigment rich consistency and apply with liner brush. Smudge as it dries for a softer line. Mix with LiquiSet in place of water for long-lasting, water resistance.

Cake eyeliner is really hard to find and this stuff stays on so well with just water. I think they're better than some high end makeup. Really pigmented and stays on great. Not just for costuming.

I loved the color, but in terms of application and staying power it doesn't compare to Laura Mercier's cake eyeliner.
