To Use: Apply to skin with a cotton ball (especially those areas prone to high perspiration.) Allow this toner primer to dry thoroughly and Voila!

I first used this product 3 or 4 years ago. I loved it so much that I now buy one bottle for each new employee. It is mandatory to use on our bride's prior to doing their makeup, especially since we live in hot Texas and our brides love to get married outside in the hill country. We actually have a review on our page from a bride stating we did her makeup at 4am and her makeup lasted until she took it off after her wedding past midnight.
