I have used this eyeliner for years and cannot find a store near me that sells it so I need to order it. I was shocked at the expensive shipping charge for such a small item and then to add insult to injury it took about two weeks to arrive! Why? I will need to find a replacement at CVS if the shipping charge continues to be so high with such a long wait for delivery.

Pros: so much product for the price, nice dark pigment, packaged well, powder doesn’t crumble/overly dry out, hard to wipe off/long lasting, shipping was pretty fast Cons: smudges within 2 hours, transfers to upper/lower lid, severely burned my inner eyelids and made my eyes swell shut! It’s a good product for the price and does what it says. However within 2 hours (even after 3 coats of setting spray) this eyeliner will smudge and transfer to upper/lower lids. I do not usually react to makeup products but this eyeliner burned the inner half of my eyelids and made them swell up pretty badly. If you have sensitive skin put some powder down first!
