It is normal for Ben Nye Luxury Powders to settle during shipment and may look less full upon arrival. Simply shake the bottle to unsettle the powder and it will look normal again.

I only received a USPS tracking number on May 20 from "shippingeasy.com", which noted the "Pre-Shipment. Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. DENVER, CO 80222. May 18, 2024, 9:30 pm." Therefore, Makeup Mania or its shipping service created a mail label to obtain a tracking #, which gave the impression the delay was resolved and the items were ready to be shipped. However, I checked via USPS official website repeatedly for a month as well as today, and the message is the same: "USPS Awaiting item." Makeup Mania never delivered the items to the Post Office. I no longer wish to continue this transaction and want Makeup Mania to issue an immediate refund of $60.

Ben Nye products are the best in the business. They've been around forever. They know their stuff. I blend several of their Luxury Powders together, or use singly, depending on my mood and/or time of day; they are simple to apply and I use them in place of any other foundation. I love MAKEUP MANIA because they sell Ben Nye products--a professional makeup company only sold by select stores they approve.

Ben Nye's Banana lose powder is one of the BEST - and takes away any redness in your skin tone. It gives you a subtle coverage and a glow of healthy skin. Either by itself or a dusting over concealer - it is a high end powder. I wouldn't use anything else!!
